Refund Policy

If BulgariaReady Premium is not right for you, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. No long forms — just tell us the email you bought with.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 working days. Your Premium access ends when the refund is issued.

• Cancel more than 48 hours before your first call: full refund.
• Cancel within 48 hours of your first call: you can rebook once free of charge.
• Once your review call has taken place and your written summary has been sent, the service is complete and is not refundable.

If something went wrong on our side, tell us — we will always try to put it right.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
