These terms apply when you use BulgariaReady.com ("BulgariaReady", "we", "us"), a guidance platform run from Ireland. By using the site you agree to them. If you buy Premium access or a service, these terms also apply to that purchase.

Everything on BulgariaReady — guides, checklists, calculators, phrases and services such as the Move Plan Review — is general information to help you plan. It is not legal, tax, financial, immigration or veterinary advice, and it does not create a lawyer–client or adviser–client relationship.

Rules in Bulgaria and the UK change. Before making decisions, check official sources and use qualified professionals — in particular your own independent Bulgarian lawyer for any property purchase.

We work hard to keep content accurate and review it regularly, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. Calculator results are estimates only. If you spot something wrong, please tell us.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for information you enter. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

Premium is a one-off payment that gives access to paid content for as long as the platform runs. There is no subscription. Services such as the Move Plan Review are described on their own page, including what is included. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your Premium access is for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell or publicly share paid content.

Businesses in our partner directory are independent. Any agreement you make with them is between you and that business. A listing, or a "Checked" badge, is not a guarantee of their work.

We are not responsible for losses arising from decisions you make based on general guidance on this site, including property purchases, moves or immigration applications. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
